Check Participant Details:
We kindly ask you to carefully verify the participants' details, including gender, age category, and weight class. This can be easily done via this link. You can also follow all the matches live here, including livestreams from all mats.

Free Reclassification (Ompouling):
Free reclassification is possible until Sunday, September 22, by sending an email to ivjk@judo53.nl. After this date, reclassification requests will no longer be honored, and reclassification will only be possible on the competition day itself for a fee of €5. Please note that the scheduling is focused as much as possible on reclassifying to a higher weight category later in the day, but this may not be possible for every weight class.

Weigh-In and Weight Margins:
A 200-gram margin is applied during the weigh-in. If this margin is exceeded, reclassification will be required. Participants may weigh in up to two times on the same day. There will also be an evening weigh-in on Friday from 18:30 to 20:00. The exact weigh-in times can be viewed via this link.

Judoka must be ready 45 minutes after their weigh-in time has ended.

Accreditations:
We are using accreditations for the judokas, which must be personally collected at the designated counter. These accreditations must be shown during the weigh-in and also serve as an entry pass to the venue. If a judoka is found to be overweight during the weigh-in, they must report to the reclassification desk at the main jury, where a fee of €5 must be paid in cash or by card. Judokas participating in two categories will receive two accreditations but only need to weigh in once.

Dan Grade Points:
Judokas aiming to earn dan grade points must report to the designated desk at the main jury before the matches begin. They must submit their paper judo passport (for recording points) and their orange card or show the digital card. After the pool, the orange card and passport can be retrieved.

Match Order:
Judokas will not be called to the mat for the start of their match. The match order can be followed live on four designated TV screens in the venue and via the website. Please assist younger or less experienced judokas with this system, as some may have little or no experience with it.

Note:
Currently, some pools on the website show drawings. This is not the actual drawing; there is a software issue that will be resolved as soon as possible.
